This app is a little gem. My mindset counsellor recommended this to me so it has to be good. The guided sessions are very focused and help greatly to get into the now moment. I think the exercises would be great for beginners and advanced meditators alike. I love how it keeps track and your meditation times and results too. Its completely free but they are a charity who is trying to get mediative therapy into the school curriculum and to train teachers how to instruct pupils in the art of meditation. Can you imagine the impact that would have on teenage stress levels and hopefully reduce the suicides of youngsters. I cant praise this product enough and its great cause behind it.
